About

Born and raised in Licking County, Attorney Seth Smith earned his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. He went on to graduate from Campbell University School of Law in Raleigh, North Carolina. On return to Ohio, Seth interned in the Licking County Prosecutor’s Office, where he discovered his passion was for private practice. Since entering private practice, Seth has focused his work on criminal defense, representing clients across multiple counties in Ohio on matters including misdemeanors, OVI, and felonies. Seth is a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and enjoys training in his free time, along with spending time with his wife and children.
