Scholarship

Supporting the next generation in our legal community.

The Licking County Bar Association awards an annual scholarship of up to $2,000 to a graduating high school senior who is the child of an LCBA member and plans to continue their education at an accredited college or university.

Eligibility

  • Candidates must be a child of a Licking County Bar Association member.
  • Candidates must be a high school graduating senior pursuing post-secondary education at an accredited college or university.
  • Candidates must have a minimum 3.5 grade point average on a 4.0 scale.

How to Apply

  1. Complete the online application form, then save it as a PDF — or print it and fill it in by hand.
  2. Email your completed application to Jody Richter at jrichter.lawoffice@gmail.com.
  3. Email a copy of your high school transcript (an unofficial transcript is acceptable).
  4. Email a letter of recommendation.
  5. All applications are due on or before June 1.
