Licking County Municipal Court I am a 1993 graduate of The Ohio State University and a 1996 graduate of Boston University School of Law. I live in Newark with my wife and daughter. I have two adult stepsons, one of whom has given us a granddaughter. I have served as a judge at the Municipal Court since being appointed by the governor in 2010. I have been elected and re-elected to full terms on the bench in 2011 and 2017, respectively. I am a member of the Ohio Judicial College and Association of Municipal and County Judges of Ohio, for both of which I sit on several committees. I have presided over LIFT Court, which is a drug court specialized docket program, since 2010.
